My works often deal with the cycle of life and death and the part of humans in the world and nature. I’m inspired by different mythologies and religions, esoteric views and philosophy, art history, nature, music, science fiction and comic books and also societal phenomena. The visual language of my art often reaches out to the history of illustration and comics. Etching itself, which is my most used technique, contains a huge amount of history to which I like to reference from time to time.
